**Job Description**
We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our High School Maths Science department as a key member of our academic team. As an Academic Manager cum Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students by developing and implementing the IGCSE curriculum and ensuring the highest quality of all academic matters.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement the IGCSE curriculum in Maths and Science, ensuring it meets the highest standards of education and is aligned with the company's vision and goals
* Oversee the quality control of all academic matters in the High School Maths Science department, ensuring consistency and excellence in teaching and learning
* Collaborate with the Board of Directors to set academic goals and objectives, and develop strategies to achieve them
* Provide guidance and support to teachers to enhance their instructional practices and student outcomes
* Teach Maths and Science classes to high school students, demonstrating a passion for teaching and learning
* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices and industry trends
* Analyze student performance data and make recommendations for improvement
* Develop and maintain relationships with parents, students, and colleagues to foster a positive and supportive learning environment

**Working Hours**
* Monday to Friday: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
* Occasional Saturday morning: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
